HEATWOLE Two drivers in Blackstone were convicted last week of violating the Town’s noise ordinance in October. A 19-year-old male of Mineral was fined $50 and ordered to pay $23 in court costs for Loud Noise/Exhaust. The offense occurred Monday night, October 20th at 8:30 p.m. on South Main Street near 5th Street. He was driving a 2000 Ford truck and was stopped by Corporal Jeremy Ruppert.
