China’s Tokyo Embassy Sounds Alarm After 2 Citizens Attacked in Japan

TOKYO, JAPAN, JUL 31 – The Chinese embassy demands swift action and stronger protections after two nationals were attacked by unknown assailants wielding iron pipes in Tokyo's Kanda district.

[Yomiuri Shimbun] At around 9:05 a.m. on the 31st, a call was made to 110 reporting a fight on the street in Kanda Sudacho, Chiyoda Ward, Tokyo. According to the Manseibashi Police Station of the Metropolitan Police Department, two men in their 30s, both of Chinese nationality, were bleeding from their foreheads and were rushed to the hospital.
