CHATTANOOGA, Tenn. (WDEF)- Two people have been arrested following the shooting Thursday that occurred on the 2800 block of Market Street. Chattanooga Police say that 18 year old Jalijuan Haggard and a 16 year old were arrested in this incident. They say that Haggard and the 16 year old fired at a vehicle driven by a 38 year old woman.
