A report of a burglary in progress on Carneal Lane led to charges for an Oak Grove man and a Clarksville woman on Saturday morning. Oak Grove Police say they stopped 20-year-old Alec Parmley and 22-year-old Cheyenne Helton after trying to retrieve his truck from a tow truck company’s lot.
