FORT MILL, S.C. – Two women have been charged with animal cruelty after someone witnessed dogs fighting in the backyard of a Fort Mill home, according to the Fort Mill Police Department. Officers were called to a home on Unity Street in Fort Mill at around noon on Tuesday, May 21st.
