MILTON — Two California men have been charged in connection with the discovery of approximately $215,000 in gold bars in a car state police stopped on Interstate 80 in Union County on Sept. 10.Ajaypreet Singh, 22, and Gagandeep Singh, 24, of the same address in Elk Grove, Calif., are suspected to have scammed victims out of $1.2 million by posing as Immigration and Customs Enforcement agent Andrew Hall, investigators say.
