NILES — Two men are in custody following a brief standoff this week with police in Niles Township.

Two people are facing charges after a standoff in Niles Township on Sunday. The Berrien County Sheriff’s Department says deputies responded to Berrien Woods Apartments at 910 Woods Edge Drive around 11:20 p.m. on a report of shots fired.
