- Earlier this week, parents reported restraint and seclusion in wooden calming stations, reopening historical wounds and prompting contact with St. Regis Mohawk Tribal Chief Mike Connors, the board said.
- Salmon River placed Allen Gravell, Alison Benedict, and Karrie Haverstock on administrative leave, while TWO staff members remain on paid leave during the ongoing investigation.
- Out of caution, classes at Salmon River shifted to remote learning Thursday to allow investigations to begin, while NYSED Office of Special Education will conduct monitoring site visits this week.
