Katarzyna Tusk-Cudna has already been questioned by the prosecutor's office as a victim, the head of the prosecutorial team investigating the Pegasus case announced. On Wednesday evening, the National Prosecutor's Office announced that the evidence collected so far does not indicate that the Pegasus software was used directly against the prime minister's daughter.
The evidence collected so far does not indicate that Pegasus software was used directly against Prime Minister Donald Tusk's daughter, the National Prosecutor's Office reported. On Wednesday morning, Tusk, in an online post, accused Law and Justice (PiS) politicians of eavesdropping on his family.
"On October 8, 2025, the prosecutor heard Katarzyna Tusk-Cudna as a witness in the investigation into the use of Pegasus software."
The National Prosecutor's Office stated that "the evidence collected so far does not indicate that the Pegasus software was used directly against Katarzyna Tusk-Cudna."
