War cannot be a whim of politicians; its only justification is the defense of one's own country, said Prime Minister Donald Tusk, appealing to world leaders to prevent war from becoming an everyday occurrence. Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of National Defense Władysław Kosiniak-Kamysz spoke of the need to build efficient, ready reserves.
The Prime Minister announces the creation of the strongest army on the continent. "Our army will be the most modern in Europe," said Donald Tusk.
