United Nations resumes humanitarian aid flights to Yemen

The Houthis, who control Yemen’s capital of Sanaa, have decided to approve flights for the month of February and will allow aid groups to enter and exit.  The area has been blocked for a month by the Iran-aligned armed religious and political movement.  New aid flights will allow critical supplies to reach millions in need amid a worsening humanitarian crisis, the UN said on Wednesday, 4 February.
