Search underway for missing 16-year-old in Tulı́t'a, N.W.T.

RCMP said River Clement was least seen on Cranberry Crescent in Tulı́t'a at around 5 a.m. Friday morning. They received a call that the teenager was missing at 1 p.m. in afternoon.
