The Criminal Division of the High Court of Justice of the Canary Islands (TSJC) has fully upheld the conviction handed down by the Second Section of the Provincial Court of Santa Cruz de Tenerife against Mukesh Dashani Daswani and Cecilia R. H. P. in the so-called Tradex case. The Supreme Court thus dismisses the appeals filed by the two defendants in the judgement of 12 March 2026.
