Tsja Lowers the Prison Sentence of a Man for Sexual Assault of a Minor From Five to Four Years

The High Court of Justice of Andalusia (TSJA) has partially considered the appeal submitted to the sentence of the Provincial High Court of Cadiz which sentenced to five years in prison a person accused of a continuing crime of sexual assault of a minor in Cadiz. Thus, by not considering criminal continuity as appropriate but the commission of a single crime, it has reduced the sentence to four years in prison for the crime of sexual assault.
