The High Electoral Court (TSE) decided on Thursday (24), by majority, to block the candidacy of José Roberto Arruda (PSD-DF) to the government of the Federal District (DF). Both ministers followed the vote of the rapporteur Dias Toffoli, who rejected the demands of the defense that requested the legality of the candidacy of the former governor.
