Donald Trump hinted on Sunday that military action might not even be necessary to bring Iran to its knees. "We are pushing that back for a while," the president declared. "We see their massive inflation and the fact that they have no money. Their economy is in very bad shape." Given the latest figures, it is quite possible that the American president has a point.
