- In July, White House Press Secretary Karoline Leavitt said the 90,000 square-foot ballroom had a $200 million price tag funded by Trump, while architect James McCrery left in October after disputes, replaced by Shalom Baranes Associate.
- Trump wrote in a Truth Social post that the ballroom is under budget and ahead of schedule, will be double the size with upgraded finishes, and involves no taxpayer dollars.
