Ukraine asked the United States for a winter package of support for Patriot missiles. Ukraine also asks Washington to provide licenses for the production of missiles for these systems.

U.S. President Donald Trump announced on Tuesday that he was going to speak to Ukrainian President Vladimir Zelensky on the subject of a possible missile assembly for anti-aircraft missile systems (ZRC) Patriot in Ukraine. "We will speak on this subject now (...) I mean that we are discussing this subject all the time," said Trump before the meeting with Zelensky in response to a journalist's question.
