A truck driver was sentenced to prison after striking a person on a bicycle on a Native American reservation and then leaving the scene. Oklahoma resident Lee Calhoun Phillips, 46, was 18 months in prison for one count of Leaving the Scene of an Accident Involving Nonfatal Injury in “Indian Country,” according to the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the Eastern District of Oklahoma.
