A two-vehicle crash on May 25 claimed the life of a pedestrian when he was struck by a vehicle. According to a release from the Alabama Law Enforcement Agency (ALEA), Troy resident Wiley N Morse, 47, was fatally injured when he was struck by a vehicle that failed to stop and left the scene. TROY, Ala. (WDHN) — A Troy man is dead after being hit by two different vehicles Sunday night. Troopers with ALEA say that 47-year-old Wiley Morse was killed when he was struck by a vehicle that failed to stop. That driver then left the scene of the incident.
