According to a release from the U.S. Department of Justice (DOJ), Jeffery Wayne Parker, of Troy, was convicted of being a felon in possession of a firearm on Aug. 12.  According to court records, deputies with the Pike County Sheriff’s Office executed a search warrant at Parker’s residence. Troy man convicted of illegally possession firearms

A federal jury has convicted a Troy man for illegally possessing firearms. Acting United States Attorney Kevin Davidson announced that 52-year-old Jeffery Wayne Parker was convicted on August 12 for being a felon in possession of a firearm.
