Tropical Storm Edouard forms on path to Texas
Forecasters said the storm could strengthen before landfall and may bring flash flooding, river flooding and storm surge up to 4 feet.
- At 2:20 p.m. Central Time Tuesday, Tropical Storm Edouard made landfall near Johnson Bayou, Louisiana, producing 60 mph winds across the region.
