Despite more excellent goaltending by Thomas Milic, the Norfolk Admirals fell 1-0 Friday night at Trois-Rivières in the opener of the best-of-seven ECHL North Division finals. Milic made 34 saves, but counterpart Hunter Jones made 27 for the Lions for a shutout and was named the night’s No. 1 star.
