Troilus Mining (TLG) announced that Finnvera (Private), Finland's official export credit agency, has issued a non-binding Letter of Interest (LOI) for ~US$132M in export credit support in connection to TLG’s equipment procurement from Metso Corporation (Private). The cover would apply to up to 85% of the US$155M export contract for major mill equipment and services awarded to Metso on August 25, 2026, with the underlying long-term debt to be advanced by a commercial bank under Finnvera guarantee. Securing long lead-time capital components is essential to allow detailed engineering to advance and preserve the overall development schedule. We are encouraged to see the procurement and financing proceed together as part of TLG’s broader project financing strategy.
