European League: Furioser Möller Führt Flensburg-Handewitt Zum Titel

Kevin Möller, the Danish goalkeeper of the SG Flensburg-Handewitt, shows a world-class performance with 19 parades in the final of the Handball-European-League. His commitment secures the North German the title against Montpellier HB.

Shortly after his departure as team leader of Austria's handball men, Ales Pajovic won the European League on Sunday with the German club SG Flensburg-Handewitt. In Hamburg they won the final of the second-largest European competition against the French representative Montpellier HB with 32:25. Third place had previously been in a purely German duel through a 37:31 win over MT Melsungen at the THW Kiel by ÖHB captain Mykola Bilyk (2 goals).

The SG Flensburg-Handewitt has successfully defended their title in the European League. The handball Bundesliga player won the final with 32:25 against Montpellier HB.

Flensburg won the European Handball League for the second time in a row, defeating Montpellier 32:25 in the final tournament in Hamburg. The European trophy is held by two Slovenians, coach Aleš Pajovič and circle forward Blaž Blagotinšek.
