SPRINGFIELD — Recent resignations by primary care and family practice physicians from the Trinity Health of New England Medical Group has created a care gap for some patients.A woman posted on the “Next Door” social media site that she was left without a physician at the company’s Bicentennial Highway offices in southeast Springfield after her doctor resigned. She said she was told the office had no other physicians available to care for her.
