Hotel Reichsschenke in Kröv probably collapsed because a structural engineer (constructor) made mistakes. This was reported by the Public Prosecution Service in Trier on Tuesday. The collapse killed two people last year, while the Hoefnagel family from Urk was buried under the rubble for more than ten hours.
