Jurors were being selected on Tuesday morning for the trial of the man accused of the September 2022 stabbing death of Scott Mullen of Berkeley Springs. Gabriel Cardwell, 22, of Martinsburg was indicted in April for voluntary manslaughter in the killing. The trial for Lisa Dykes, who is one of three people accused of killing Marisela Botello, a 23-year-old Seattle woman who went missing in Dallas in October 2020, began on Tuesday.
