A tremor surprised the inhabitants of Oaxaca. A magnitude 5.6 earthquake was recorded on Wednesday night in the Oaxaca region, with an epicenter located 40 kilometers east of Crucecita. According to the preliminary report, the telluric movement occurred at 21:45 hours and had a depth of 10 kilometers, activating perception in various nearby communities. Authorities continue to monitor the area to rule out possible effects.
