On Friday around 6:20 PM, a tree fell onto a house on Venstraat in Volkel due to the strong wind. The roof of the house was severely damaged by the upper part of the tree.
In Volkel, a thick tree fell over the house on Friday evening due to strong winds. The roof was torn open as a result. The tree also hit the conservatory at the back of the house. As far as is known, there were no injuries. The thick tree broke in two due to the fall from the roof. The fire department is using a ladder truck to saw the tree into pieces. The roof is open, and a temporary solution will have to be made for the rain.
