Trans people in Georgia prisons are being forced to detransition. Now they’re suing.

GEORGIA, AUG 8 – Five transgender plaintiffs represent nearly 300 incarcerated individuals suing over SB185, which bans state-funded gender-affirming care and forces forced detransition, raising Eighth Amendment concerns.
