The Ukrainian State-owned railway management company Ukrzaliznya announced the termination of the passenger rail service with the city of Suma.
The Ukrainian Railway shut down the railway link with the Sums because Russian attacks on the railway infrastructure and trains had increased, and trains would now only reach Konotopa and then the passengers would be taken by buses to the regional centre.
