Mumbai: The Telecom Regulatory Authority of India (TRAI) has made it mandatory to provide special recharge vouchers of low value for short-term voice and SMS recharges. The new provision is part of the 13th amendment to the Telecom Consumer Protection Act, TRAI said.
TRAI New Recharge Rules 2026: TRAI has issued the Telecom Consumer Protection (13th Amendment) Regulations 2026. This will benefit customers who do not need data.
