A Lockport man is facing more than a dozen felony charges after a traffic stop led to the discovery of several illegal weapons and accessories. Michael S. Wrzos, 45, was arrested after New York State Troopers stopped his vehicle Thursday on Hinman Road in the City of Lockport for an excessively tinted windshield.
