MERCER, Pa. (EYT) — The Pennsylvania Department of Transportation announced a new traffic pattern planned for eastbound Interstate 80 in Mercer County has been rescheduled to start on Tuesday, September 30. The changes will be in place from the Shenango River Bridge to the Route 318 Bridge. Under the new pattern, one lane of eastbound traffic will be adjacent to the westbound lanes.
