Downtown's 2-way traffic debut: Construction finally complete for road project on Forsyth and Adams
The orange barrels that crowd Forsyth and Adams streets are now gone. Beginning Wednesday, drivers going through Downtown Jacksonville can go in both directions.
Traffic and parking delays expected as downtown Billings switches to two-way streets
