TOWN OF ULSTER, N.Y. — An 80-year-old Delmar resident died in the second of two crashes involving her vehicle on U.S. Route 209, town of Ulster police said Tuesday. At about 6:57 p.m. Sunday, Dec. 24, Ulster police responded to a two-vehicle crash on U.S. Route 209 South.
