Town of Kap announces return of Spring Clean-up : My Kap-Hearst Now

After getting cut during budget deliberations, the town of Kap has brought back the Spring Clean-up. In a press release this afternoon, the town announced that the clean-up will start on Monday May 6 when residents are encouraged to leave items such as furniture, television sets, electronics and bicycles at the road side.
