The town of Cornwall has approved the sale of almost two hectares of the Terry Fox Sports Complex where its first long-term care home will be built. It will be located in an empty field near the highway. The contract has been awarded to The Mount Continuing Care Community which will purchase the property for approximately $490,000 with its closing date in October.
