Geraint Thomas will take part in the Tour Deutschland cycle race in Germany between 20 – 24 August. This is the oldest race in Germany and it is a challenging race for the cyclists at the end of the summer. The first and furthest leg will start in Essen and the cyclists will cycle a distance of 202.6km before facing a steep climb and the race finishing in Herford.
