A serious accident occurred this Monday, January 5th in the Saint-Mansuy district of Toul. A mother and her young son fell in the Marne Canal at the Rhine trying to rescue their dog. The child, in a state of concern, was evacuated in an emergency to the CHRU in Brabois. The dog did not survive.
