- McDaniel, 42, was fired by the Miami Dolphins on Jan. 8 after a 7-10 mark this past season and finished with a 35-34 regular-season record and 0-2 playoff record.
- This week Mike McDaniel will interview with four NFL teams including the Atlanta Falcons, Tennessee Titans and Baltimore Ravens, while the Detroit Lions are interested in him for offensive coordinator.
