'Too big, too fast, too heavy': carts create life-threatening situations on cycle paths

The very expensive cars such as the Birò, Opel Rocks and Citroën Ami, cause more and more frustration in traffic. They drive on cycle paths and roads where they do not belong, partly because drivers get confused by the rules. A Gooise school is not even officially reachable in such a mini car from Hilversum.
