The Formula Kite World Championship in Cagliari, the first in the new Olympic cycle, has concluded. For Toni Vodišek, for whom this was his first competition at the highest level after months of knee rehabilitation, he - as he announced before the championship - saw "semi-final races and quarter-finals, i.e. a place in the top eight" as a realistic result. After a tense week of sailing, he exceeded his goal and finished in fourth place overall.
