The opposition Democratic Party of Socialists has now vowed to disrupt parliament’s work until there is a vote on removing speaker Andrija Mandic for sending condolences after the death of Bosnian Serb war criminal Ratko Mladic.
ANDRIJA Mandić left the session on his dismissal due to condolences from Ratko Mladić's family, while the opposition accuses the government of dictatorship and blocking parliament.
Tomorrow, the members of the Parliament of Montenegro will have an initiative to replace the president of that legislative body, Andrija Mandić, submitted by the opposition Democratic Party of Socialists (DPS), after he publicly expressed his condolences to the family of Ratko Mladić, a legally convicted war criminal.
The parliamentary session convened to replace the Speaker of the House did not begin because the Speaker himself did not allow Montenegrin lawmakers to hold the session.
