BESSEMER, Ala. — A 33 year old man and a 3 year old child were killed Sunday night, March 15, after being struck by a motor vehicle on the 700 block of Eastern Valley Road in Bessemer. According to a report released by the Jefferson County Medical Examiner’s Office, Orlin Dariel-Rodriguez, 33, of Bessemer, and Jared Ramos, 3, of Bessemer, were both injured at approximately 7:56 p.m. Soon after, they were pronounced dead at the scene at 8:01 p.m.…
