OWEGO, N.Y. (WIVT/WBGH) - Tioga County's rich farming tradition is being celebrated this week, as it has for more than a century and a half. OWEGO — The Tioga County Chamber of Commerce will host a ribbon-cutting for the 2025 Tioga County Fair at noon today at Marvin Park, 50 W. Main St., Owego.
