In an essay in Vrij Nederland, GroenLinks-PvdA leader Frans Timmermans has harshly criticized VVD leader Dilan Yeşilgöz. He believes that the liberals are "radicalizing" under her leadership and calls on them to quickly break with Geert Wilders' PVV. "Only then can the VVD credibly contribute to the security of our country and our resilience to the threat from Russia," he writes.
