The first permanent Tim Hortons will be built in Dover this year. Canadian fast food favorite Tim Hortons is coming to the First State. The chain will open in Dover at the former Speedway Café location on 737 North DuPont Boulevard, and nine others will be built across Delaware within the next five years.
