Tiffin man accused of chopping up vehicle for parts

Hunter 10/02/25 A Tiffin man has been arrested after it was discovered he “chopped up” a victim’s vehicle to sell it for parts on Facebook Marketplace. According to police, 38-year-old Jamial Jones of Greenfield Drive took a 2015 Jeep Grand Cherokee Truckhawk from the victim, who purchased it on November 15 2023 for $62,500 and still has an outstanding balance on the loan for the vehicle exceeding $10,000.
